Job Description
This role assists the Facility Engineer in operating and maintaining all facility systems and equipment, managing maintenance schedules and records, troubleshooting breakdowns, supervising and training technicians, and supporting project documentation.
- Assist the Facility Engineer in monitoring the operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities, including:
- Building
- Air-conditioning Systems
- Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems
- Electrical Systems
- Waterline Systems
- Plumbing & Drainage
- Mechanical Systems
- Assist the Facility Engineer in implementing daily activities and the maintenance plan schedule.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and maintenance of all plant equipment and machines.
- Respond to emergencies as required during equipment breakdowns.
