Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
SeniorMechanical Engineer (ACMV)
to lead the design, coordination, and executionof air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. This role requiresstrong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, project management skills, andexperience working on large-scale developments in Singapore. KeyResponsibilities Lead the design and development of ACMV systems (chilled water, VRV/VRF, ventilation) Perform cooling load calculations and equipment sizing Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery Oversee installation, testing & commissioning (T&C) of ACMV systems Ensure compliance with local codes and standards such as Building and Construction Authority (BCA), National Environment Agency (NEA), and relevant SS standards Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources Drive e...
