Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SeniorMechanical Engineer (ACMV) to lead the design, coordination, and executionof air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. This role requiresstrong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, project management skills, andexperience working on large-scale developments in Singapore.
KeyResponsibilities
- Lead the design and development of ACMV systems (chilled water, VRV/VRF, ventilation)
- Perform cooling load calculations and equipment sizing
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Oversee installation, testing & commissioning (T&C) of ACMV systems
- Ensure compliance with local codes and standards such as Building and Construction Authority (BCA), National Environment Agency (NEA), and relevant SS standards
