seeking a
Senior Mechanical Engineer
to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be involved in the
design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical building services
for a range of developments, including
data centres, laboratories, commercial and institutional projects
. Key Responsibilities
Prepare
mechanical building services designs
including: ACMV / HVAC systems
Chilled water systems
Plumbing & sanitary systems
Fire protection systems (coordination level)
Perform engineering calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection.
Prepare design drawings, specifications, reports, and tender documentation.
Coordinate with clients, architects, structural engineers, and other consultants.
Liaise with authorities (e.g.
BCA, SCDF, NEA
) for submissions and approvals.
Review contractor submissions including shop drawings, method statements, and material ...
