Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed mechanical design of precision equipment modules and components.
- Prepare manufacturing, assembly, and testing documentation (3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs).
- Conduct structural analysis (FEA) to optimize stiffness, stability, and accuracy.
- Support prototype build, integration, and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in establishing design standards and implementing new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in precision equipment development (semiconductor/optics preferred).
- Proficient in GD&T, CAD (SolidWorks/Inventor/NX), and FEA tools (ANSYS/Abaqus).
- Strong knowledge of material properties and precision manufacturing processes.
