Overview
Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in the Building Services Sector, preferably with a focus on healthcare, specifically hospitals, to join their team. The positions are based in Alberton, Durban and Kimberley.
Responsibilities
Design and oversee mechanical installations including Wet Services, Fire Services, Medical Services, Compressed Air, Laundry Equipment, etc. Compile tenders and bills of quantities with a thorough understanding of various contracts such as JBCC and NEC3. Manage all phases of projects from condition assessment and inception to project handover with minimal supervision.
