**Job Summary**
The Senior Estimator will provide technical assistance in support of the sales department. Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the preconstruction/pre-sales process, including job walks, design & build scope development, proposal writing, budgeting, estimating, project schedule preparation, value analysis, regulatory compliance, material takeoff and labor hours for all types of construction delivery methods involving HVAC systems retrofit, major service repair, piping, and sheet metal.
