**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior** **Medical Operations & Plans Officer** to join our team in **Oahu, HI** .
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Plans and directs medical support activities and provides disaster preparedness training for healthcare response teams.
+ Prepare detailed emergency medical procedures for a variety of crisis scenarios including expeditionary missions.
+ Authorize and validate technical planning artifacts and coordinate resource allocation across multiple medical departments.
+ Leads the day-to-day coordination of casualty evacuation teams and specialized medical platforms in theater.
+ Oversee the integration of novel medical planning tools and recommend process improvements to increase the efficiency of medical support networks.
