**What You'll Do :**
+ The Meetings & Events Coordinator will research and compile comprehensive information on destinations, hotels, suppliers, and venues to develop client proposals under the direction of the meeting owner and Sourcing Manager, organizing all materials into cohesive final proposals.
+ This role involves establishing complete project timelines and workflow schedules with clients and suppliers, utilizing designated business program management systems to facilitate prompt and accurate handling of all program details from sourcing through final bill completion.
