Job Description

Role Summary

The SMTS drives innovation and leads technical projects by owning major portions of the wet process technology roadmap, coordinating cross‑site pathfinding, and leading multi‑functional taskforces to improve new node yield and device roadmaps. Operates as a senior technical leader who can align wet process roadmaps across teams and lead critical initiatives and taskforces.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive process and chemistry pathfinding portion of the NAND Process Technology Roadmap.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations and TD fabs to coordinate pathfinding activities and align PD resource allocation.
  • Own critical taskforces and lead multi‑functional teams to drive new tech node yield and device roadmap improvements.
  • Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and career development.
