Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of QA/QC experience within a main contracting company.
- High-rise / Residential towers building project experience within a main contracting environment.
- UAE construction experience is required.
- Experience in the inspection, testing, and commissioning of mechanical works in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
- Implement and monitor project QA/QC procedures and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Carry out inspections for mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and associated building services.
- Review method statements, material submittals, and quality documentation.
