Tasks
- Implement and monitor project QA/QC procedures and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Carry out inspections for mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and associated building services.
- Review method statements, material submittals, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and subcontractors and ensure timely closure of NCRs and observations.
- Witness testing and commissioning activities and verify compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare QA/QC reports and maintain quality records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support internal and external quality audits and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of QA/QC experience within a main contracting company.
