Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchandise plans aligned to business strategy and sales targets
- Drive sales, margin, and stock optimisation across product categories
- Analyse trading performance and identify risks and opportunities
- Manage OTB (Open-to-Buy) and ensure effective stock flow across stores and channels
- Collaborate closely with Buying, Design, and Operations teams
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and seasonal planning processes
