Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Head of Merchandising & Planning to execute seasonal strategies, providing data and insights to influence decision‑making.
- Ensure all plans (MFP, Local Plans, Class Plans, Style/Option Plans) align with the strategic framework set by the Head of Merchandising.
- Partner with the Head of Merchandising & Planning to build seasonal OTBs and manage end‑to‑end inventory, from Full Price to terminal inventory clearance.
- Own the weekly trade deck, preparing analysis to present in the DTC Trade meeting and make suggestions of actions to further drive revenue, profitability and sell‑through.
- Conduct store & EC visits to review productivity, product performance and customer behaviour, and cascade actions to commercial teams.
