Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist on a fixed‑term 6‑month contract to lead the execution of our corporate M&A agenda, including acquisitions and divestments. This role will shape the strategic perimeter of our business and play a pivotal part in Corporate Development initiatives spanning Strategy, Finance, and Restructuring — all aimed at driving long‑term equity value for our shareholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic acquisitions and divestments, including sourcing and managing the M&A pipeline.
- Develop and refine the company’s M&A strategy and build strong relationships with target organizations.
