Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for messaging and unified communication platforms
- Manage incident, problem, and request management, including escalations and high severity issues
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Support and deliver infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, new builds, end-of-life activities)
- Ensure systems meet SLA, security, and compliance standards
- Drive service improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across regions
- Act as technical escalation point and provide guidance to support teams
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and SOPs
- Participate in DR tests, infrastructure events, and global initiatives
