Tenac IT is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join our Gqeberha-based technical team. This role is suited to a technically strong engineer with solid Microsoft 365 administration experience, excellent troubleshooting ability, and a proactive approach to client support within a fast-paced MSP environment. You’ll work across multiple client environments supporting Microsoft 365 platforms, desktop infrastructure, escalated technical incidents, project implementations, and cloud migrations, while contributing to service excellence, operational improvement, and long-term client success.
