Job Description
Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations.
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional solution designs using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and solution specifications.
Act as the primary functional point of contact between business users, technical teams, and vendors.
Solution Design & ImplementationConfigure and customize Dynamics CRM modules including:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Marketing
- Case Management
Define business rules, workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and security roles.
Support data migration, integration requirements, and UAT cycles.
Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices and client business objectives.
