This is an exciting time to join NRW Civil & Mining as we look to expand our team at our Karara Mining Project. We are seeking a Senior Mining Supervisor to support the delivery of additional works on site.
In this role, you will provide strong leadership to ensure your team operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standards and will provide direct supervision of frontline Supervisors and operational crews to ensure mining activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with mine plans, production schedules, budgets, site procedures, and relevant legislation. This role requires a proactive leader with strong operational capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive team performance across a dynamic mining environment.
