Permanent full time position based in our central Wellington offices with salary range of $85,537 - $101,911 plus Kiwisaver and Wellness benefits.

Overview

Senior Ministerial Services Advisor role within the Strategy and Assurance business group, supporting the corporate functions of MBIE. The role involves exposure to a wide range of critical corporate functions and enterprise-wide subject matter, collaboration across groups, Ministers’ offices, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and draft replies to a range of ministerial products including DOIAs, MOIAs, Ministerial Correspondence, Privacy Requests, Ombudsman requests, and Written Parliamentary Questions.
• Collaborate with branches across two corporate groups and wider MBIE business groups to source information and advice.
• Contribute to team processes to ensure consistent and quality service delivery.
