Own the administration, stability, and continuous improvement of a 24/7 production network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience. Design, implement, and evolve network solutions in line with business, hardware, and software requirements, with attention to scalability and fault tolerance. Act as a senior escalation point for complex network incidents, leading deep troubleshooting and root cause analysis to restore service and prevent recurrence.
