Systems Services Group is a leading ICT solutions provider, seeking a Senior Network & Server Engineer to join our team in Gqeberha. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to an experienced engineer comfortable working across multiple client environments.
Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on ICT experience
- A+ and N+ certifications
- Relevant 3-year ICT qualification
- Proven experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment
- Experience:
- Handling technical escalations
- Working across multiple clients
- Operating in high-pressure environments
- Willingness to:
- Perform hands-on support (servers, networks, desktops)
