Responsibilities: Oversee daily network operations (on-premises and cloud) for Singapore's office and its regional office in Asia. Ensure network security, compliance, and business continuity. Report to Infrastructure Manager. Manage network projects (planning, design, implementation) Troubleshoot network issues (routers, switches, wireless, load balancers) Monitor and optimize network performance Ensure network security and compliance Collaborate with teams on network security policies and procedures Perform daily health checks and capacity planning Manage and maintain Data Center facilities, cleanliness and security Liaise with vendors and network carriers to ensure services are met according to the Service Level Agreement Provide 24/7 level 2 support relating to all network issues Requirements: Degree or Diploma in IT/Computer ...
