You Will Make an Impact By:
- Handle escalated network incidents and service requests.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain: Firewalls, VPN, and Secure Access Switching & Routing DNS / DHCP / IPAM.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and resolve connectivity issues.
- Implement network security policies and firewall rules.
- Collaborate with security teams for threat mitigation and compliance.
- Document configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Participate in major incident calls and provide technical expertise.
