Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of active network equipment at the customer’s premises
- Rollouts of peripheral sites
- On‑site technical support for customers
- Troubleshooting
- Communication with the back office and updates regarding the progress of tasks
- Communication with the customer and updates on the progress of work
- Ability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts at the customer’s NOC
Required Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Information Technology
- CCNA‑level technical knowledge (Routing/Switching, Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/I...
