Job Description

A worldwide information service provider is now seeking a senior network engineer to join their APAC team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in day-to-day systems administration/management activities.
  • Participate in problem resolution by tracking data and progress. 
  • Interact with network services, software systems engineering to restore availability of services and/or identify problems.
  • Identify and propose system modifications on systems, databases, applications
  • Set up and configure test environments and ensuring accurate and timely provisioning.
  • Update existing training packages
  • Provide technical support on delivering product demos.
  • Participate in the problem review and process improvement
  • Acquire technical and product knowledge from internal and external resources to resolve problems.
