Job Title: Senior Network Engineer (Managed Services & Connectivity)
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of network solutions including SD‑WAN, connectivity, and security services.
Translate business and customer requirements into scalable and secure network architectures (HLD & LLD).
Act as the Level 3 escalation point for complex network issues including IPsec, routing, and SD‑WAN performance.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions.
Support deployment, integration, and UAT activities to ensure successful customer onboarding.
Define and maintain network standards, configuration templates, and operational runbooks.
Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
