Senior Nursery Practitioner

We are looking for an dedicated and experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner / Room Leader to join a well-established preschool nursery in Merton.

This is a full-time position within a high-quality early years setting and is ideal for a senior practitioner or room leader who is ready to take the next step towards deputy and future management progression.

You will be:

Leading the day-to-day practice within your room and supporting high-quality teaching and learning

Mentoring and supporting staff, including inductions, supervisions, and appraisals

Taking responsibility for curriculum planning in line with the EYFS framework

Monitoring practice and supporting continuous improvement across the setting
