Job Description
- Perform the initial functional restoration assessment.
- Design and implements treatment plans and procedures
- Establishes rapport and develops therapeutic relationships with registrants/residents.
- Propose innovative strategies and techniques to improve the occupational therapy service.
- Conduct patient’s feedbacks to evaluate therapist’s attitude towards their treatment approach and customer satisfaction.
- Execute treatment programs in areas of motor function, facilitation techniques, & self-care skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.S. Occupational Therapy with 5-6 years as Occupational Therapist.
- Good written and communication skills
- Need to have proficient use of software systems for the maintenance of patient records
