Permanent, full-time Senior Occupational Therapist based at Rapua Te Ao Waiora, Papakura (5/19 Great South Road).

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior occupational therapist to lead and improve quality of care, equity and health outcomes for Māori and all cultures across the South Adult teams within Counties Manukau Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership within the three South Adult teams, supporting high standards of practice and patient care.
- Develop and deliver clinical capability for colleagues, setting practice standards, and leading quality assurance, improvement, and research activities.
- Coordinate, deliver, and support professional services in specialist areas linked to occupational therapy, while managing a clinical caseload.
