Job Description
Job Purpose:
The role supports network performance, service assurance and customer experience improvement across Core platform. To monitor, analyze, and improve core network performance and service quality by proactively identifying network degradations, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with defined KPI/KQI targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform performance analysis of PS Core, IMS, CS Core, VAS, and supporting platforms.
- Define, monitor, and optimize service assurance thresholds and KPIs/KQIs.
- Conduct service impact assessment and cause analysis for network and service degradations.
- Analyze subscriber experience, traffic trends, accessibility, retainability, mobility, and throughput performance.
- Correlate faults, performance data, and customer complaints to identify service issues.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
