Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and support daily routine shared services regulatory reporting and files transmission.
• Develop and maintain a Control Tower to utilize the Data-Driven Operation Model (DDOM) for maximizing value from data and driving strategies to deliver business outcomes.
• Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to effectively manage reporting and operational risk while supporting BU/SU for business and project needs.
