Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering or Textile Engineering.
2-3 years of relevant experience in cut-to-pack garment manufacturing operations.
Knowledge Areas: Production planning, Industrial Engineering (IE) techniques, 5S, line balancing, productivity improvement and garment manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily workflow across Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Packing and execute the daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet shipment timelines.
Ensure a steady flow of materials with inventory accuracy and reconciliation to prevent production delays.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to identify, track, and implement strategies to minimize rejection rates and wastages.
Understand Lean manufacturing principles and take initiatives to optimize floor layout and operator efficiency.
