Key Responsibilities
- Receive MS Excel file from all Stores in Skype.
- Print out damaged item list and send to QM Store for checking.
- Pump file into the system.
- Receive ARN from Stores and key in to excel system for record.
- Follow up the tasks and reply all messages in Skype.
- Key in data and do checking.
- Check the emails of issue feedback.
- Handle the quality issues received.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry, admin, or operations support are preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
