Senior Officer, Security and Maintenance

You will maintain and enhance the security and surveillance of our Serviced Residence, ensuring that it adheres to the necessary regulations. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Security.

• Patrol all areas of the premise to ensure the security, safety and fire safety of its occupants.
• Monitor the movements of all personnel throughout the premise and alert the Security Supervisor of suspicious behaviour.
• Monitor the routes taken by employees when commencing and concluding shift.
• Record and report all acts of wilful neglect of duty by employees.
• Be conversant with fire and emergency procedures of the Serviced Residence and assist the relevant responders in case of emergencies.
• Investigate and prepare incident reports on any occurrence or event associated with fire, damage, threats and disruption.
