Perform vetting and cutting of Air Waybills (AWB) & Bill of Lading (BL)
Prepare permit declarations and liaise effectively with shippers, consignees, shipping line & airlines.
Collaborate with Warehouse team on operational matters to ensure seamless processes.
Conduct thorough checks and verification of compliance for Dangerous Goods (DG) and Temperature Control cargo.
Monitor console cut-off and cargo lodge times to ensure timely processing of urgent shipments.
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all import/export documentation, including HBL & MBL for seafreight, HAWB & MAWB for airfreight.
Verify cargo details such as weight, slip, commercial invoice, and packing list prior to processing documents.
