In this key role reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will oversee operations of retirement communities to optimize occupancy and enhance resident care. Your responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering collaborative relationships with management teams. You will also provide educational mentorship to develop leadership skills and guide essential care and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure market positioning and community occupancy stability
• Oversee annual budget planning and performance reviews
• Facilitate capital projects for improved resident experiences
• Mentor leadership teams to enhance operations
• Support regulatory compliance across communities
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in an Executive Director role
