Work Setup & Shift Schedule: Night shift, Hybrid 3x/week Onsite, Weekends off
Work Location: Taguig
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree and relevant industry experience.
- Total years of industry experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, preferably with international organizations having global in-house delivery.
- Experience in handling healthcare insurance accounts in GCC is a must
- Should have proven experience in Operations Management.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Take charge of daily operations across diverse business lines, expertly handling business analysis and vendor partnerships.
- Performance Management: Drive consistent achievement of KPIs with a strong emphasis on service levels, customer satisfaction, and quality excellence.
