Job Purpose
Support the execution of operational transformation initiatives within warehouse operations by driving project implementation, continuous improvement, and process optimization, ensuring consistent delivery of efficiency, cost savings, and service level improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification and execution of improvement opportunities in warehouse operations, focusing on process optimization, simplification, and efficiency.
- Execute project activities end-to-end under the guidance of the Manager, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Develop and maintain project tracking tools (action plans, Gantt charts, progress updates) to ensure visibility and control.
- Monitor and follow up on KPIs to track project performance and ensure expected results are achieved.
