About the Role
This is a senior administrative role that acts as the first point of contact for underwriting teams into business support. You will work closely with the Operations Manager on projects and complex tasks and deputise when required. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise work across multiple deadlines, SLAs, and KPIs are essential.

The Underwriting Support team ensures accurate and timely processing of premiums and provides operational guidance to underwriting teams.
