TEAM INSIDE, a FINMA-regulated firm headquartered in Geneva, is looking for a Back-Office Operations Manager to lead a lean operations team. This key role includes managing the full settlement and booking cycle for securities and digital assets and requires 8–10 years of experience in back-office operations within a regulated financial institution. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong regulatory reporting expertise. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of French is advantageous.
