Job Description
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Creates and plans replenishment of shipping materials for department as required. Including Passive Shippers, ice and general shipping supplies.
+ Develops and Manages Kanban System to always ensure availability.
+ Generates purchase orders to procure via SAP.
+ Works with team to avoid observations, establish preventive measures to ensure compliance and is actively involved in finding effective solutions to avoid reoccurrence of events.
+ Leads and coaches Shipping team in the execution of shipments on the floor.
+ Works with AD Warehouse Operations, Shipping Supervisor and AD Procurement and Customs to ensure readiness for Audit of Agencies and Customers. Following an internal Checklist, periodically audits the areas to ensure 'Audit Ready Standards'.
