Your New Role
This position supports the Procure to Pay workstream of Warner Bros. Discovery. The incumbent will perform PTP functions, maintain processes, ensure SOX compliance, and provide updates/reporting for overall Procure to Pay operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (e.g., timely vendor creation, accurate invoice matching to POs, correct invoice routing).
- Communicate complex issues and handle difficult customer requests to maximize productivity, payment resolution, and effectiveness.
- Handle escalated and time-sensitive requests for PTP activity.
- Produce PTP reporting to support operational needs.
- Reconcile PTP integrations as needed.
