Overview
We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to lead Paid Media at MO.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Comfortable managing monthly ad budgets ranging from R100,000 to R1.5 million with strict performance KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth audience targeting, keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Implement, audit, and optimise conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and platform-specific tags.
- Report on campaign performance using Data Studio, Google Analytics, and native platform reporting tools.
- Work alongside digital strategists to align campaign objectives with client business goals.
