Job Role: Performance Marketing Executive Location: Bangalore (On-site) Experience: 5yrs Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end campaign execution across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manage daily campaign operations , including budget pacing, bid adjustments, and performance monitoring Take full ownership of campaign optimization to improve CPL, CTR, and conversion rates Build and maintain weekly & monthly performance reports and dashboards Ensure accurate tracking implementation via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels Identify performance gaps and proactively recommend optimizations Coordinate with content and design teams to improve ad creatives and messaging Maintain account hygiene (naming conventions, structure, tracking consistency, etc.) Requirements 5yrs of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media Proven experience in managing live campaigns Hands-on experience with: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) LinkedIn Ads (B2B campaign experien...
