Senior Paralegal :: Washington, DC (Onsite)

Duration: 12 months, Onsite

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Operate under the direction of a Supervisory Paralegal or a Project Supervisor


• Develop work products with minimal direct supervision


• Perform moderately complex legal research and synopsizes transcripts for attorney use


• Review case-related materials and identify areas requiring further investigation


• Write preliminary drafts of simple legal memoranda and correspondence


• Contact mostly with other client & Contractor staff

Required Skills:

• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience or project experience


• At least one year of experience in automated litigation support


• Sound working knowledge of federal and state court system, legal research procedures, and resources
