The Challenges
Build out the Executive Search practice, as an organization we already work on a number of significant mandates in this space, however we are looking to identify leaders that will propel this practice and take it to new heights. There is a strong need for this individual to come into the firm as a subject matter expert with access and network to build on the momentum we are experiencing. Work in partnership with the existing partners in order to ensure a cohesive outreach and go-to market strategy. Partners in our system are focused on sharing knowledge, relationships and access in order to constantly assist clients in identifying the right leaders for their operations across different countries.Employ a consultative approach when scoping the needs of clients, it is crucial to have a comprehensive understanding and grasp of the client’s business, its value drivers and it’s organizational strategy.
