We are seeking a Senior/ Patient Service Associate to support critical operational development functions. The successful candidate will provide the Operations team with administrative support and contributing towards a seamless care delivery for patients at NDCS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our patients, including but not limited to:
- Managing dentists’ appointment calendars and rescheduling requests in ensuring calendars are created, blocked and rescheduled promptly
- Supporting day-to-day operations of pre-surgery and listing which includes financial counselling, fasting instructions, appointment scheduling and rescheduling
