Senior / Patient Service Associate, SOC Operations

This role plays a vital role at the heart of the patient experience within the Elective Care Enterprise team, covering the Specialist Outpatient Clinic, Operating Theatre and Endoscopy facilities.

• Serve as a first point of contact for patients, providing registration, appointment scheduling, financial counselling and payment verification services.
• Proactively guide patients in using self‑service kiosks and mobile applications for registration, payments, way‑finding and Medisave or billing enquiries.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, billing enquiries and patient feedback with professionalism and empathy.
