We are seeking a Senior Payroll Accountant to strengthen our General Shared Service Payroll Accounting team as we continue to scale worldwide. You will support accurate payroll accounting and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with diverse teams on reconciliations, audits, and improvements. Responsibilities
- Own payroll accounting for assigned EPAM subsidiaries in LatAm and the related US GAAP bookkeeping of payroll activities, including standard payroll reflection and accruals.
- Analyze and reconcile payroll results across internal systems to confirm accuracy and consistency.
- Investigate complex payroll cases and deliver timely resolutions.
